Terms & Conditions of Munchies Goat Hunt 2.0

•Orders will be delivered between 7 pm and 6 am. Pre-orders made earlier will be delivered within that time period too.

•Users will score points when the order has been delivered, and not at the point of placing the order.

•The order must be successfully delivered. Users will not score points for any order that has been either cancelled or refunded. •Users can view their scores in their personal scoreboards.

•All point scores and rewards are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or credit. Rewards must be collected as stated. There will be no refund or exchange for the points and points.





Other Terms & Conditions

•Munchies Goat Hunt 2.0 (the “campaign”) is organized by Munchies Deliveries Limited.

•All registered Munchies users are allowed to participate in Munchies Goat Hunt 2.0.

•By participating in the program, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein and to receive email and in-app notifications (as applicable) from Munchies regarding the campaign.

•Munchies may at its sole and absolute discretion forfeit, disqualify or refuse to allow any user to participate in the campaign without having to provide with any reason or justification.

•Munchies may at its sole and absolute discretion modify, withdraw or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the campaign or any part thereof at any time without prior notice. Any decision made by Munchies in relation to the program will be final and conclusive. All changes and updates will be made available on Munchies app or website.

•Munchies will not be held responsible for any problem with the network, software or any breakdown or failure that adversely affects any user’s participation in the program.

•Munchies will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage including loss of business, revenue or profits, or any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with the user’s participation in the campaign.

•Any collection, use and disclosure of a user’s personal data will be in accordance with Munchies’ data policy, a copy of which may be accessed in the Munchies app or website.

•The terms and conditions relating to use of the Munchies platform will continue to apply and are incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which may be accessed in the Munchies app or website.

•The campaign and rewards terms and conditions will be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

•Available on the latest Munchies website and app versions only.
